Read this Guide for more information on uploading Documents to Meetings, eSign, or File/Orders

From the Meeting, eSign, or File/Order, under Documents, click the Upload button

Either click to upload, or drag from your computer, and click Upload

Once uploaded, select the Signing Type (required) and the Document Type (optional)

Note: Non-PDF files are unable to be annotated and will be marked as Read-only
Signing Types:

- eSign: These documents will be electronically tagged and signed by a client. If none are selected, this will be the default
- Wet Sign: These documents will be signed outside of Stavvy by ink. You will be prompted to select if the document you are uploading has already been signed, or not
- Read Only: These documents will not be signed and are instructional only, but should be included in the Meeting/eSign packet/Order for viewing.

Document Types
- Document Type is optional, you can proceed with the upload without making a selection
- A document type can be selected from the drop-down
- Please note there is an "other" option if the type you need is not included
Action options
- Download the document
- Apply Signing Window
- View and annotate annotate the documents (add electronic annotations to be signed) and view the documents and edit the documents after annotations have been placed
- Cancel document the document (this is a permanent action and cannot be undone, this document will not be available to be signed on a Meeting or eSign)
- Rename the document
- Change Signing Type to adjust the document to another signing type
- Mark as Signed (For Wet Signed only)

Filter by Signing Type, Document Type, or Status:
- Audit Trails are shown in the document list by default. Toggle Show audit trails off to remove them from the list.
