Stavvy-Encompass Integration Custom Form

Read this Guide for details on the Encompass custom form

1. Loan Number - the loan number of the current loan you're browsing in Encompass
2. Order Status (Settlement & Title) -  the current status of your particular order (pending, in_progress, completed, rejected or cancelled)
3.  Order Status (Title Risk) - the vendor assigned risk of the title. 
   1. Green - Low delay risk
   2. Yellow - Minor delay risk
   3. Orange - Moderate delay risk
   4. Red - High delay risk
4. Name - the full name of the borrower
5. Address - the full address of property associated with the loan file
6. Is Loan Synched? - indicates if the loan file data is identical between Stavvy and Encompass. The possible values are: True or False
7. Response Required - indicates if a message from a vendor is awaiting a response
8. Closing Disclosure Sent - indicates if the docs were properly sent to a borrower for a settlement order. The possible values are: True or False
9. Closing Disclosure Sent At - indicates what time the closing docs were sent to a borrower for a settlement order
10. "Send Loan to Stavvy" button - will open the Stavvy integration page where you can import the loan file into the Stavvy platform
