How to check if a Closing Meeting has been added to a Settlement Order
To check this, from the Order/File, scroll down on the Details tab.
If a Meeting has been created from the Order you will see it here:
If that area is blank, there has not been a Meeting created on this Order.
Redrawing Documents before a meeting has been scheduled
Situation: Lender documents have been rejected or a new version of documents come through before you create the Closing Meeting.
Solution:
- The Lender is notified documents have been rejected. They will make the necessary corrections and redraw the Closing Package to Stavvy.
- You will receive an email that new documents have been uploaded to the file.
- The Lender may also utilize the messages feature to send you a notification that your documents are ready.
- Follow the standard meeting creation workflow
- When you create a Meeting from this Order, the redrawn documents will show as an option to include in the Meeting, the rejected documents will not.
Redrawing Documents after a meeting has been scheduled
Situation: After scheduling your Closing Meeting you find an error and reject the documents or a new version of the documents have come through.
Solution:
- The Lender is notified documents have been rejected. They will make the necessary corrections and redraw the Closing Package to Stavvy.
- You will receive an email that new documents have been uploaded to the file
- The Lender may utilize the Messages feature within the File to send a notification to you that the documents are ready to be pushed to the Meeting.
- From the Order, click on the Documents tab
- Click 'Move to Meeting' and select the Documents that should be sign-able via the Settlement Meeting
- Apply the Signing Window
Redrawing documents after meeting has been completed
Situation: You have rejected the Lender Documents or new documents have come through after the Closing Meeting has been completed. Documents need to be redrawn, and a new closing meeting needs to be scheduled.
Solution:
- The Lender is notified documents have been rejected. They will make the necessary corrections and redraw the Closing Package to Stavvy.
- You will receive an email that new documents have been uploaded to the file
- The Lender may also utilize the messages feature to send you a notification that your documents are ready.
- Follow the standard meeting creation workflow
- When you create a Meeting from this Order, the redrawn documents will show as an option to include in the Meeting, the rejected documents will not.
