Joining the Meeting

Now that two factor authentication has been completed- the signer will be directed into Stavvy, where they can configure their audio/video settings:

Once they click Next the signer will be directed to the Waiting Screen if the notary has not yet started the meeting:

Once the notary has started the meeting, the signer must provide eConsent to click Join Meeting:

If your meeting has more than one signer, and multiple signer's would like to join the meeting from one device- on this page, they would select the Me & others option. Then select the additional signer to join with them. 

After clicking Join Meeting, the signer will join the notary in the Stavvy Meeting Room:

 Signer Verification (ID Scan & KBA)

Once the notary initiates Signer Verification, this modal will display for the signer to input their phone number to receive a text with a link to the ID scan process:

Once they have successfully uploaded their ID, the signer will see this message and may click Continue:

Clicking Continue will take the signer to the KBA section. The signer must successfully enter the data points below in order to generate KBA questions.

The signer must answer 5 KBA questions in 2 minutes. The remaining time will display in the upper right corner:

Once all 5 questions have been answered, the signer will return to the meeting:

Getting Removed from a Meeting

In the event the notary decides to remove the signer from the meeting, for whatever reason, the signer will receive a message within the meeting notifying them of this and has 10 seconds until they are officially removed:
