If you were a Stavvy notary before the update to Notary Profile Settings- you are at risk of potential annotation errors. If you've been on the platform for longer than a year, there is a chance you may not have completed the additional required information in your Notary Profile.
In this instance, you would be able to update and apply your signature if you are acting as a signer in a meeting- but not if you are acting as a notary.

To ensure you do not run into this issue, please confirm that your notary profile has all of the required information under the Notary Seal section.
Once this is done, your profile will need to be re-approved by the Stavvy team- please reach out to support@stavvy.com once complete
