Signer ID Verification Requirements

In the meeting, an ID is required to be uploaded. This can be a Passport, Driver's License, or a State-Issued ID. Review the article below for ID-type options: 

Note: This may come up with signers who will be out of the country during the meeting.

• Passport 
  • Any country's passport is accepted, this does not have to be a US passport. 
• Driver's License
  • US issued
  • The identification used cannot be expired. This will result in a Fail.
• State Issued ID
  • US issued
  • The identification used cannot be expired. This will result in a Fail.

A US Social Security Number (SSN) is Required For All Signers

• • The signer will require a US SSN to generate and complete the KBA questions. KBA questions are unable to be generated without a US SSN and credit history. 
  • An ITN cannot be used in place of the SSN
