This article will cover possible solutions if the signer(s) can't view the documents during a Meeting.
1. Did the Notary click the Start Signing button at the top of the screen? If that button hasn't been clicked, the signer(s) won't see the documents.
2. Did the Notary click Stop Review and then Start Signing to refresh the screen?
3. Are the signer(s) using the Safari browser? If so, we recommend switching to Google Chrome browser.
4. Is the signer(s) browser up to date? Update your browser to the latest version
5. Ask each signer to go to Settings and then Refresh Streams.
6. Ask the signer(s) impacted to leave the meeting and re-enter. This will require completing the verification process again (ID and KBA).
