I am in a meeting and the audio/video keeps cutting in and out for the signer. What should I do?!
Answer
If at any time the audio or visual communication deteriorates to the point where you are unable to understand and continuously communicate with the signer to the best of your ability- let the signer know that you are ending the session due to connection issues. On the bottom center of the screen, press the End meeting button. In the popup on your screen, press “End Meeting.”
Follow up with the signer to reschedule the meeting. All attendees should test out their system settings prior to the new call to ensure no further issues: How can I test my device/internet settings to ensure I can complete a RON transaction?
