The signers have not completed the eSign packet prior to our in-person signing, how should we proceed!?
Answer
No need to worry - the signers can complete the eSign packet on their phones! Resend the eSign invite if needed. The signers can access the packet via email and complete their annotations.
eSign Packet Statuses:
To check the status of an eSign packet, go to the Order's eSign Packets tab.
Canceled: The packet has been canceled, and cannot be signed or edited. A new packet will need to be created.
Ready to Sign: The packet has been annotated and is ready for the signers to complete.
Signing in Progress: Signing has started but all annotations have not been completed by all signers.
Completed: All signers have completed the eSign packet annotations.
Downloading eSign Packet Documents
If the packet status is Signing in Progress or Ready to Sign, and we cannot get the signer to finish signing via their phone - the documents can be printed.
- Click into the eSign packet
- Click on the top checkbox to select all of the packet documents
- Click the Download button
- Packet documents will download into a Zip folder
