Identrust is a 3rd-party provider, and Stavvy doesn't have access to or visibility into your account.
My Certificate Has Expired
You will need to apply for a new certificate. Please visit our help article here to learn how!
My Certificate Has Not Expired
If your certificate is set to expire within the next 90 days, please follow the steps for renewal on the Identrust Help Center here.
Once your certificate is renewed, you will need to upload the new certificate from your computer to your Stavvy Notary Profile.
- Export the non-encrypted version of the certificate.
- For Windows, this is the Signing version.
- For Mac, the version that doesn't say encrypted.
- Log in to connect.stavvy.com
- Click your Name in the upper right and then Settings
- Click the Notary tab
- Click the Digital Certificate step
- Click Replace Certificate
- Upload the new certificate
- Enter the certificate password. Note: You created this when you exported the certificate, not your Identrust account password.
- Click Upload Certificate
- Send an email to support@stavvy.com to have your profile re-approved.
