Question
I have uploaded my Exemplar Document to my Notary Profile, but I need to edit the document. Can I do that?
Answer
No, you cannot edit your current Exemplar document. However, you can upload a completely new document to replace it. The original document will be removed and replaced with your new upload.

- Go to the Notary tab
- Go to the Notary Profile Exemplar document section and click Re-upload.

Add Your Electronic Signature and Notary Seal
- The annotation editor screen will open.
- From the right side, click Signature and Seal. This will place the annotations in the middle of the page.

- Click Next
- Click on the Signature and Seal annotations to apply them to the document
