How to Download the Exemplar Document

This guide walks you through downloading your Exemplar document from your Notary Profile to your computer or mobile device.

Before You Begin

• You'll need to log in to connect.stavvy.com.
• Make sure your device has enough storage space for the download.
• We would recommend that you use the latest version of Chrome.

Downloading Your Document

1. Click on your Name in the upper-right corner.
2. Click Settings
3. Click the Notary tab
4. Click the Exemplar Document step
5. Click Download

Confirm and Locate the File

• A dialogue box may appear asking you to "Save File." Select your desired location on your computer (e.g., your Desktop or Documents folder) and click "Save."
• Most browsers automatically save files to your default "Downloads" folder.

Troubleshooting Tips

• File Did Not Save? Check your browser's default "Downloads" folder.
• Download Failed? Ensure your internet connection is stable and try the download again. If the issue persists, clear your browser's cache and cookies.
