Follow these steps to quickly update the phone number and retry sending the verification code:
- Switch Tabs: The live IPEN meeting is typically running in a second browser tab. Switch back to the original browser tab where the Meeting Details page is located.
- Locate the Signer: On the Meeting Details page, find the name of the Signer whose phone number needs correction.
- Edit the Signer's Details:
- Click the More actions button next to the Signer's name.
- Select Edit.
- Update and Save:
- Enter the correct phone number in the edit field.
- Click Save.
- Return to the Meeting: Switch back to the tab with the live meeting.
- Resend Verification: Attempt to send the verification code or link again. The system will now use the corrected, saved phone number.
