Who is this for? This article is written for Stavvy customer(s) who are doing "bulk signing" meetings with the Stavvy Concierge notary team.
Create the Meeting
- Log in to connect.stavvy.com
- Click the + Create meeting button
- Select Signing Meeting as the meeting type
- Enter a Meeting name
- Select the Date and Time.
- Leave the Meeting Length as 1 hr.
- Click the + Notary signing service link under the Notary selection.
- Select Stavvy Concierge Service and click the Request Notary button.
- Select Ancillary Documents as the Notary service type
- In the Signers section, add the Signer's first name, last name, and email address.
- If any witnesses need to be added, click the + Add Signer link.
- When you're finished, click the Create Meeting button.
Upload Documents
- Click the Documents tab
- Click the Upload button
- Click Upload from computer
- Click Upload files to locate files for upload, or drag and drop them into the purple area.
What happens next?
The Stavvy Concierge team will assign a Notary and annotate the document(s).
