RON Meeting Checklist

Learn how to prepare for your Remote Online Notarization meeting

To ensure the success of your Remote Online Notarization, please gather the following in advance of closing meeting:

A Computer with:

• access to your email inbox
• a video camera
• a microphone

 Log out of your VPN

Non-expired, government-issued ID (passport, ID card, or driver’s license)
The latest version of your Internet browser (Chrome preferred)
 Mobile phone with camera
 Quiet space with a reliable internet connection

Social Security Number

If you are signing outside of the United States, please note:

 U.S. Credit History is required for all signers in a RON Stavvy Meeting

During the ID Verification process, you will be asked to provide a phone number and will be texted a link to upload your ID. Here, you can provide a TextNow or Google Voice number if you don't have a U.S. phone number. The ID Verification process will not work with international phone numbers. 

During the ID Verification process, you will be asked to provide an address, please provide your last known address in the United States.
