Document Preview

Document Preview is available for meetings and eSign packets

To share documents for preview, select the documents you would like to share from the documents table then click on the Send Document Preview button at the top of the Documents table. For eSign packets, all documents will be sent for preview. 

Next, confirm which signers the documents should be shared with. Signers will then receive an email notification letting them know documents are available for preview. 

The signer will receive this email below. To access the documents they will click, "View my closing portal" to access the Signer Portal.

 Below is the Signer Portal homepage your signer will see upon logging in. 

• When in preview mode, the borrower has the ability to sign any eSign documents that do not have notary annotations. 
• • On the left, they will see a status of the documents they have viewed 
  • Once complete the “Finish preview” will show

There are 2 options, “Back to signer portal" or “Sign eligible documents”
