Follow the steps below for best practices on adding Client annotations after Documents have been certified

Scenario: Your Client signed their documents, the Meeting has finished, and--uh oh, a Client annotation (signature, initials, text box, checkbox) is missing!
Steps to take when Additional Client Signature(s), Initial(s), Text Field(s), or Checkbox(es) are required
1. From the Meeting Details page, click on Actions > Add meeting, entering details of the newly scheduled meeting
2. Find the finalized document and click View
3. From here, click Unlock for editing
4. Add missing signer annotation(s) (signature, initials, text field, checkbox)
5. Click Mark ready to sign
6. Join the new meeting with Client where they will now be able to complete the new annotation!
Note: If the missing annotation was a date or printed name, a new meeting is not required
