Where do I see the Notary marked "Personally Known" for verification of signer(s)?

Review the steps below to confirm if Personally Known was selected for ID Verification in a meeting. 

To view this, you will need access to the Meeting in Stavvy.

1. Login to Stavvy

2. From the Meetings page, select the Completed tab. 

If this wasn't your meeting, click the drop-down and click Select All. Only Admin users can see a meeting for a different user. 

3. Locate and open the Meeting.

4. Click into the Notary Journal tab and look for Manually approved by Notary. 

This means the Notary selected Personally Known during the meeting with this signer.

5. You can also view the Audit Trail document under Documents.
