Mobile devices are not recommended for Meetings.
Required Equipment & Software
- Smartphone with a camera (to be used for ID verification)
- Computer with access to your email inbox, a video camera, and a microphone
- Computer with a minimum 4 GB of RAM (8 GB is recommended)
- The minimum device size supported is 768 pixels x 1024 pixels, which equates to an iPad mini. Any smaller devices are not recommended.
- Chrome Browser installed on your computer or laptop (our recommended browser)
Recommended Meeting Prep
- Run a device and network test
- Run an internet speed test (speed should be over 30MB)
- Update your browser to the latest version
- Clear Cookies & Cache
- VPNs must be turned off ahead of joining a meeting
- Google Chrome is the recommended browser for Stavvy. Download the most recent version of Google Chrome here.
