Best practices to ensure a successful meeting

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT & SOFTWARE

• Non-expired, government-issued ID (passport, state ID, or driver's license)
• Smartphone with a camera (to be used for ID verification)
• Reliable internet connection
• Tablet or computer with access to your email inbox
• Operating system that supports the most up-to-date Chrome or Safari browser
• The minimum tablet size supported is 768 pixels x 1024 pixels, which equates to an iPad mini. Any smaller tablets are not recommended.
• Mobile devices are not recommended for IPEN meetings

SUGGESTED PRACTICES AHEAD OF MEETING

• Run a network test
• Run an internet speed test (speed should be <1MB)
• Update your browser to the latest version
