Add/Change a Stavvy User's First, Middle, or Last Name

This article walks through the process of updating or adding a Stavvy user's First Name, Middle Name, and Last Name for a Stavvy user.

This does not update the name of a meeting attendee or an eSign packet Signer.

1. Log in to Stavvy
2. Click your Name in the top right corner
3. Click Settings
4. Hover next to the name currently populated, or No value provided, and a pencil icon will appear. Click the pencil icon.
5. Add or update the name and click the checkmark to save the change.
6. If you are a Notary, select the Notary tab.
7. On the Notary Seal step, click Regenerate. Confirm your name is now updated on the electronic Notary seal.
8. If you have an Exemplar document, please go to that step and re-complete with your newly generated seal.
