How to Download Documents from a Completed eClose

Who is this for? This article is for Settlement Agents participating in an eClose transaction with Rate (or its sister companies).

Download Signed Documents

1. Log in to connect.stavvy.com
2. On the left menu, click Orders > Completed. Select the Order.
3. Select the documents you wish to download by checking off the boxes on the left. To select all documents, check off the box at the top.
4. Click the Download button
5. Documents will be saved in a Zip folder in your Downloads folder.
6. Access the Zip folder downloaded to your browser or computer 

Files will download individually. To maintain legal integrity, certified and tamper-sealed documents cannot be edited or merged, which is why they download individually and not as a single file. Modifying these files would break the digital seal and invalidate the certification.

Missing Documents?

If you are missing signed document(s), the document may have been uploaded directly to the Meeting.

1. Go to Orders > Completed
2. Click the Meetings tab
3. Click on the meeting
4. Go to the Documents tab
