- Secure notary services
- Provide status updates via email
- Annotate title documents
- Monitor the closing meeting
- Review signature locations post-meeting
- Mark orders as complete in Stavvy
What will the Settlement Agent do?
- Review lender documents for accuracy
- Upload title documents to Stavvy
- Confirm that borrowers' questions are answered before the meeting
