State Requirements

To become a Remote Online Notary, you must meet the specific legal requirements of the state where you hold your commission. These requirements typically include obtaining a traditional Notary commission, completing state-specific training and/or exams, and obtaining the required digital supplies.

Stavvy Requirements

As an authorized RON platform, Stavvy requires Notaries to have a digital certificate to support legally binding digital signatures and electronic sealing of documents.
