This guide explains the purpose of the Consent to Use Electronic Records, Signatures, and Audio-Visual Recordings agreement.
What is the eSign Consent?
The eSign Consent document (also known as the eConsent) is a legally required disclosure that informs you of your rights and obligations when using electronic records, signatures, and participating in audio-visual recorded meetings (such as RON meetings) within the Stavvy platform.
Why is Acceptance Required?
In accordance with federal and state electronic signature laws (such as ESIGN and UETA), your acknowledgment and acceptance of this consent is mandatory. You must agree to the terms before you are permitted to view or sign any documents in a Stavvy meeting or packet.
