Review Compliance settings within Organization Settings

Within Organization Settings, under Compliance- see the ability to enable an eConsent agreement and the ability to exempt signers from ID Certification (ID upload and KBA)

eConsent

• With this feature enabled, ahead of signing documents in a Stavvy Meeting, an eConsent agreement will pop up for all Signer(s) to accept-- see below
• Signers will need to review the terms and scroll to accept them

Personally known option 

• With this feature turned on, notaries will have the option to bypass the ID verification for their signers (requiring an ID upload and completion of KBA).
• When they select that they personally know a signer, the below pop-up will show, asking them to confirm this selection
• If you would like to remove the option for notaries to bypass the ID upload/KBA, disable this Setting
