Follow this Guide to adjust all Profile Settings
- Click on your Name at the top right corner of any screen in Stavvy to adjust Profile Settings
- Review each of the tabs, which will show (or not show) based on your user role
Profile
- Edit Name
- Name should match the name commissioned with the State
- Adjust Timezone

Organization
These Settings are shared by your entire Organization

Acknowledgment Meetings
- Enable/Disable Acknowledgment Meetings/Quality Control
- Acknowledgement: Turn on countersigning workflows for loss mitigation transactions. This supports a second signing & notarization of a loan modification after an initial RON meeting with the borrower occurs
- Quality Control: Related to the above, adding approve/rejection steps before and after the countersigning RON meeting
- Enable/Disable Acknowledgment Meetings/Quality Control

Notarization meetings
- Adjust Meeting Host Title for Notarization meetings. If left blank, Notary is the default Host title

Files
- Enable/Disable Files for your account: Show loan files in Stavvy, the full representation of loans that have been imported. This is typically for lenders/servicers
- Enable/Disable Pre-Meeting Quality Control: Documents that are rejected in an Order/File will not be added to RON Meetings. Documents that are approved/left alone can be added.
- Enable/Disable Strict Pre-Meeting Quality Control: Documents that are not approved in an Order/File will not be added to RON Meetings. Documents that are rejected/left alone will not be added.

Orders
- Enable/Disable Orders: This allows title/settlement to receive settlement orders from lenders for buy-side closings. These are also requests for title/settlement to do title ordering or conduct closings
- Enable/Disable Order Reminders (Reminders sent to Orders that have not been accepted or rejected)
- Set New Order Email Recipients (Allow only certain individuals to get notifications)
- If not specified, all administrators in your organization will receive an email

Compliance
- Enable/Disable the requirement for users to view eConsent agreement before providing consent. See more here
- Enable/Disable the personally known option for ID Verification and KBA.

Documents

- Enable document expiration signing windows in meetings, files, and eSign packets and configure your preferred notification timeframe
- Utilize this feature within specific documents by selecting the clock icon

- Enable document preview to automatically be set by default

Email messages
- Set User correspondence email (ex. meeting invites) can be sent from your own email domain

Enable IP Restrictions
- Control login access at the user level by specifying a range of allowed IP addresses for users in your account

Branding Logo
- This logo will show on the upper left corner of any screen in Stavvy, as well as on the header of emails sent to your Signers. Preferred sizing is 200 x 40 pixels, and is required to be in PNG format.

- Enter Custom Internal/External Help Phone Numbers If left blank, the Stavvy number will show
- Set Error Notification Email Specify an email to receive system errors
Notary

Requirements to Setup Notary Profile
- Non-expired, government-issued ID (passport, ID card, or driver’s license)
- Smartphone with a camera
- Desktop/Laptop Computer accessing Stavvy
1. Notary Seal

- Seal Generation Preview - Confirm that your name, commission number, and commission expiration date are showing correctly on the seal
- Certification Details - Select the State you are commissioned, commission number, and expiration date
2. ID Card

- Upload Your ID - This is where you will complete the Credential Analysis step to verify your Government Issued ID
3. Signature

- Signature Settings - Adopt a signature to be used on documents

Typed (cursive font)

Drawn (draw with your mouse/mousepad)

Uploaded (photo of a signature)
4. Digital Certificate

- Upload Digital Certificate - Upload Identrust Digital Certificate that has been purchased.

- Some states require you notarize an Exemplar Document
- If your state does not require this, you won't see this tab
6. Proof of RON Commission

- Upload Proof of Appointment
- This is the confirmation email the SOS (Secretary of State) has provided a notary, confirming you are now a certified RON notary in the state.
- NOTE: Some states do not provide verification notifications. In those cases, you can take a screenshot of the State website showing you are listed as a RON notary.
7. Stavvy Approval

- This will clearly display to users the status of their profile, including:

If their profile is under review by the Stavvy Customer Support team

When their profile has been approved by the Stavvy Customer Support team

If their profile has been rejected by the Stavvy Customer Support team and needs to be re-submitted

If either their State Commission or Digital Certification will be expiring in 30 days

If their State Commission or Digital Certification is expired

- This will clearly display to users the status of their profile, including:
Audit Log
- Your IT team can see the logs of items that have happened in the platform such as emails, SMS text messages sent, canceled meetings, etc.
- This information can be downloaded as an Excel file
