Tips to get the quickest resolution
- When you encounter an issue, reach out to the Support Team (via chat or email) rather than emailing individual Stavvy employees (such as your Customer Success Manager).
- In your first message to Support, provide as much detail as possible. Include screenshots where applicable, names of users/notaries involved, meeting IDs, whether the issue is experienced by multiple team members, when the issue first occurred, etc.
- Please use a separate email chain or chat for each issue. If you have a new issue, create a new email/chat rather than responding to an old one.
