Tips to get the quickest resolution
- When you need technical support or encounter an issue, reach out to the Support Team (via chat or email) rather than emailing individual Stavvy employees (such as your Customer Success Manager).
- In your first message to Support, provide as much detail as possible. Include screenshots where applicable, names of users/notaries involved, meeting IDs, whether the issue is experienced by multiple team members, when the issue first occurred, etc.
- Please use a separate email chain or chat for each issue. If you have a new issue, create a new email/chat rather than responding to an old one.
