View previous packet versions

Redraw from a file or eSign home screen
- The redraw action is also available for eSign packets created from a file or from the eSign home screen.
-
If a signer has been invited to a packet that has been redrawn and is ready for signing, any packet invite email link will redirect the signer to the new packet that is ready to sign. This works even if the packet has been redrawn multiple times. Redrawn packets also generate emails with language that acknowledges the redraw.
-
If a packet has been redrawn, but the new packet has not been marked ready for signing, then the signer will be unable to access any packet from their email. This is because the packet is canceled.
