This guide provides instructions on how to resend the invitation email for an eSign packet to either a specific Signer or all signers at once.
Step 1: Access the Packet
Navigate to the eSign Packet Details page for the packet you need to resend.
Step 2: Choose Your Resend Option
You have two options for resending the invitation: Specific Signer or All Signers.
Option 1: Resend to Specific Signers
Use this option to only send the reminder invitation to signers who have not yet completed the packet or whose original email may have been missed.
- In the Signers section, find the name of the Signer you need to contact.
- Click the More actions button (three dots:
...) next to the Signer's name. - Select Resend from the drop-down menu.
Additional Actions Available Here: By clicking the three dots, you can also select Edit to update the signer's name and/or email address, or select Delete to remove the signer from the packet entirely.
Option 2: Resend to All Signers
Use this option to quickly send a reminder invitation to all signers who have not yet completed the packet.
- In the upper right corner, click the purple Invite All Signers button.
The 'Invite All Signers' button will not be visible if all documents are 'Ready to Sign'. If a document is in 'Uploaded' or 'Annotating' status, the button will not be visible.
The system will automatically generate and send a new invitation email to all participants who still require action on the packet.
