Document Preview and Signing Windows (Signer Walkthrough)

Document Preview

You will receive the email below. To access the documents you will click, View my closing portal to access the Signer Portal.

 Below is the Signer Portal homepage you will see upon logging in. 

• Click Preview documents

• When in Preview Mode, you have the ability to sign any documents that do not have notary annotations. 

  • On the left, you will see the status of the documents you have viewed 
  • Once complete the Finish preview will show

There are 2 options, Back to signer portal or Sign eligible documents

Signing Windows 

• You will receive an email notification letting you know there are documents available within a window. 

Below is the Signer Portal homepage you will see upon logging in. 

• Click Sign documents 

• Change or confirm your signature

• At the top of the page, you will be told how many required fields you have remaining.

• Click on your annotation fields to complete the signing. You will be given one more opportunity to confirm your signature is correct.
  • Click Confirm & begin signing, if correct. Click, Change signature if updates are needed.
• Click, Finish Packet when there are no remaining fields
