Signer Verification (ID Scan & KBA)

1. Once the notary initiates Signer Verification, this modal will display for the signer to input their phone number to receive a text with a link to the ID scan process:
2. Once they have successfully uploaded their ID, the Signer will see this message and may click Continue:
3. Clicking Continue will take the Signer to the KBA section. The Signer must successfully enter the data points below to generate KBA questions.
4. The Signer must answer 5 KBA questions in 2 minutes. The remaining time will display in the upper right corner:
5. Once all five questions have been answered, the Signer will return to the meeting:

Getting Removed from a Meeting

In the event the notary decides to remove the Signer from the meeting, for whatever reason, the Signer will receive a message within the meeting notifying them of this, and has 10 seconds until they are officially removed:
