What should I do if my document is missing annotations?

When reviewing auto-tagged documents DO NOT REDRAW or request a redraw, annotations can be added to your document. Review the steps below to find out how!

Step 1: From the Documents tab of the Meeting Details page, click on the ellipses (three dots) to the right and select View and annotate

Step 2: Click the Make Changes button 

Step 3: Correct any missing or incorrect annotations/tags. Check out our Adding Annotations to Documents article for full instructions 

Step 4: Be sure to click Mark ready to sign when finished 

While Stavvy always works to ensure documents come to you fully tagged, please reach out to support@stavvy.com to make us aware of any documents not tagging correctly. Our team will look into what happened, as we continuously work towards minimizing errors.

 In an email to Support, include:

1. Loan Number
2. Document Name 
3. What annotations/tags were missing
