My Signer said they completed their ID upload- but I don't see the status updating on my end! What can I do?
Answer
Step 1: Try refreshing the documents by clicking the Refresh button beside Edit Attendees. You can also request the signer to click the Check updates button on their end.

Step 2: If refreshing the documents does not resolve the issue- refresh your browser.
