Follow the steps below to send an eSign packet for your settlement order!
If you are currently in the Encompass iFrame, you will need to click the Edit in Stavvy button first:
1. Start of the File Details page
- If currently working out of the Encompass Stavvy iFrame, click the Edit in Stavvy button on the Files Details page to log in and launch Stavvy Connect.
2. Select the eSign Packets tab
- Name the packet

Note the signing type is shown to the left of each document title
- Review signing types here

Click the checkboxes to select which documents are to be included in the packet.
- If all documents are to be included we can click the checkbox at the top to select all
- Click Next when all documents have been selected
3. The Signer information will populate from Encompass

This information cannot be edited here, if edits are required return to Encompass
- Review and click Next
4. Review documents

Click the arrow to move to the next document
- Review and confirm annotations are correct
- Click Mark Ready to Sign

Click Review Packet Details
- An optional message can be added to the body of the eSign invitation email
- The Signing Window is set for the day of closing

There is an option to make the packet available for preview before the signing window opening
- Click Back if edits are required
- Click Save and exit if you are not ready to send
- We will click Save and Send now
- Select Review Packet Details or click Done
