Hybrid eClose Overview - Signer Experience

Review the steps below to prepare yourself for your Hybrid eClose meeting! 

1. Your title and settlement company will schedule an in-person meeting 

2. Prior to the meeting, your lender will send you an eSign packet. This packet should be completed before your scheduled meeting. 

3. Attend the in-person meeting to sign the remaining documents. 

4. After the meeting, all of your documents will be available in the Signer Portal.
