How will my organization know we have a Hybrid eClose order sent to us through Stavvy?
- Your organization Admin will receive a notification email from Stavvy about a new order.
- Please ensure that you have added all the necessary users to your Stavvy account to ensure notifications are properly received.

Why can I not see the documents?
- If you are having trouble seeing an order in Stavvy, ensure your organization has accepted the invite from your lender under the Organizations tab in Stavvy.

Do I need to add users to my Stavvy account?
- If you are an Admin in Stavvy, please ensure that all members of your organization who may be coordinating with the lender on a title or settlement order have been added to your Stavvy account.
- You can do this by going to Users on the left sidebar and clicking + Invite Users at the top right.

How do I contact Washington Trust if I have questions about a closing package?
- In Stavvy, you can send a message directly to the lender collaborating on the order. Navigate to the messages tab under orders to send and receive messages. An email notification will be sent if you have received a new message.

How will my borrowers know they have eSign documents to sign?
- They will be sent an email notification from Stavvy requesting that they sign the documents the closing date.

Do I need to add my borrowers to my Stavvy account?
- Borrowers do not need to be added to Stavvy, they will receive an invite to login and sign their documents and do not require an actual Stavvy account.

What equipment does my borrower need in order to eSign their documents?
- Stavvy recommends borrowers use a laptop or desktop computer using Google Chrome as their browser but signers can eSign directly from their mobile device.

Preparing For Your In-Person Closing Appointment

What if a borrower does not complete an eSign packet before the in-person closing appointment?
- If your borrowers do not have a chance to eSign their documents before the in-person closing appointment, they can simply pull out their phone and complete the eSign right there at the closing table!
- To optimize your in-person closing appointment, in advance of your closing we recommend reaching out to your borrowers to remind them that there are documents available for eSign.
- You can provide them with these instructions on steps to complete the process.
- There are automatic reminders sent from Stavvy that are sent to borrowers to remind them to sign before the closing date.

How do I know what documents to print?
- Before your in-person closing appointment you will download the documents listed as a Wet Sign closing type under the Documents tab.
- Use the filters to select Wet Sign as the signing type and Closing Package as the document type.
- Select all documents and select download.

Uploading Wet Signed Documents To Stavvy

The in-person closing appointment has been completed. Now what?
- Wet signed documents will need to be sent back to the lender. You can do this by scanning the wet signed documents, logging back into Stavvy, navigating to the order, and uploading them under the Documents tabs. Be sure to allocate the signing type as Wet Signed and the document type as Closing Package.

What is the supported file format for uploading wet-signed documents to Stavvy?
- In order to upload your wet-signed documents, Stavvy requires the user to scan and save the documents as a PDF.

Can my uploaded wet signed document be blurry?
- No. Please make sure that your scanned documents are clearly legible and saved as a PDF before uploading them to Stavvy for your lender to retrieve.
