Review the steps below to send Wet Signed documents to the lender after the in-person meeting has taken place!
Note: Non-PDF files are unable to be annotated and will be marked as Read-only
1. Start on the Documents tab

Filter the documents the borrower will be signing during the in-person meeting by selecting Wet Sign and Closing Package

Click the checkbox at the top to select all of the documents
- Click the Download icon

Click the checkbox at the top to select all of the documents
2. The borrowers will sign these documents during the in-person meeting
3. Once the meeting has taken place scan all of the signed documents to your computer
4. From the Documents tab click the + Add document button to upload the Wet Signed documents
Note: When adding additional documents to the order, you must use a new/different document name or the new upload will replace the old document as a more recent version. Read more on Document Versions here.
- Find the documents on your computer and click Open

From the Signing type dropdown select Wet sign
- Select Yes for, “Is this a signed document”

From the Document type dropdown select Other
- Fill in the document type description for ex. fully executed closing documents from title
5. Click Upload
