Follow this Guide to create Annotation Templates to save time on your next Meeting or eSign!
Templates are a great time saver for any Document sets that have the same general annotation placements for each Meeting (ex: A Closing Disclosure that always has a spot for signature and date on page 5)
Setup
- Click on Templates on the left hand panel
- Click Create Template (upper right)
- Upload Document and click 'Next'
- Choose from Computer (upload from your computer)
- Import Stavvy Document (upload from an existing Stavvy Document)
- From the Assignee dropdown on the left, add as many Signers as this document set requires
- Give each Signer a role name (Signer 1, Signer A, etc)
- Select the appropriate Signer from the Assignee dropdown
- Drag and drop the Signer's annotations throughout the Document
- Repeat with additional Signers
- Repeat with Notary annotations
- When finished, click Save Template on the top right
- Give the Template a name
- Click Save
In Use
- For meeting preparation, Add a Document
- Click Annotate
- On the top right corner, click Apply Existing Template
- Choose the appropriate Template, and click Next
- Assign Signers to each role
- Click Apply
- The annotations automatically apply based on the Template Settings as seen below
