Notary Notes

Notary notes is an open text field that can be used by the Notary to input any additional required information per their state notary journal requirements.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• The signer’s address
• ID expiration date
• ID issue date or government agency that issued the ID
• The physical location of the notary and the principal
• Notary commission # and expiration date
• Notary public's office address of record with the Secretary of State
