This article will review how to remove a signer from a Meeting.
Meeting in Progress
If the meeting has started, the Notary will need to click End Meeting and create a new meeting following the steps below.
Scheduled Meeting
1. Login to Stavvy
2. Go to the Meeting Details page
3. In the upper right, click More actions --> Add Meeting
4. Enter the Meeting date and Start time for the new Meeting
5. Un-check the signer(s) that shouldn't be included in the new Meeting
6. Click Create Meeting
- This process can be repeated if each signer needs a separate meeting scheduled
- The documents and annotations from the original meeting will carry over to the new meeting(s)
7. Select the original Meeting, click More actions --> Cancel to cancel the Meeting
