Note: Only Admin users can download documents from other users in the organization.
Locate the Meeting
Step 1: Log in to Stavvy: connect.stavvy.com
Step 2: From the Meetings page select the Completed tab
Step 3: Click on the My Meetings drop-down and select the notary you are downloading documents for
- The current user is checked off/selected by default for view
- Select the checkbox beside the notary's name to view their meetings as well
Step 4: Locate the meeting you are downloading documents for, click on the meeting to enter the file
- If needed, utilize the Search bar beside the My Meetings dropdown to search for the meeting by:
- Loan Number/Name
- Borrower Name
- Property Address
Downloading Documents
Step 1: From the Meeting Details page select the Documents tab
Step 2: Select the document that you would like to download by clicking the checkbox beside the document name. Select the checkbox at the top to select all documents.

Step 3: Click the Download button. The documents will download in a Zip folder.
Step 4: Access the Zip folder downloaded to your computer
