Why can't I download a single file?

When you download documents from Stavvy, each document is saved individually to your computer rather than in a single combined file. This is because each document has been digitally sealed with a tamper-evident certificate to comply with the National Association of Secretaries of State (NASS) Electronic Notarization Standards, which require that any changes to notarized electronic documents display evidence of tampering.

For your convenience, all downloaded documents are automatically organized into a ZIP folder on your computer. To print all documents at once, follow the instructions below.

Windows

1. Extract the Zip Folder:
   • Right-click on the downloaded zip folder.
   • Select Extract All...
   • Choose a destination folder for the extracted files (e.g., a new folder on your desktop).
   • Click Extract.
2. Select All Documents:
   • Open the extracted folder.
   • Press Ctrl + A to select all the documents.
3. Print Directly (If Document Types Are Compatible):
   • Right-click on the selected documents.
   • If the Print option appears in the context menu, you can just click it.
     • This will send all selected documents to your default printer.

macOS

1.  Unzip the Folder:
   • Double-click the zip folder. It will automatically extract its contents to a folder in the same location.
2.  Select All Documents:
   • Open the extracted folder.
   • Press Command + A to select all the documents.
3. Print Directly:
   • Right-click (or Control-click) on the selected documents.
   • Select Print.
