This article is specific to the Lender process with our Encompass integration.
Review these scenarios for the next steps to take after a lender has redrawn documents.
Important: When documents are redrawn, the previous documents will be canceled, and this action cannot be undone.
How to check if a Meeting has been added to an Order
To check this, from the Order/File, select the Meetings tab:
If a Meeting has been created from the Order, you will see it under the Meetings tab. If that tab is blank, no meeting has been created for this Order.
Before a meeting has been created
Situation: Lender documents have been rejected, or a new version (redraw) of the documents has been received before you create the meeting.
Next Steps:
The prior Lender documents will be auto-canceled when the redraw is received in Stavvy. You can view them on the Canceled Documents tab in the Order and Canceled section of the Meeting.
- Follow the standard meeting creation workflow.
- When you create a Meeting from this Order, the redrawn documents will show as an option to include in the Meeting; the rejected documents will not.
After a meeting has been created
Situation: After creating your Meeting, you encounter an error and reject the documents, or the Lender sends a new version (redraw) of the documents.
Next Steps:
The prior Lender documents will be auto-canceled when the redraw is received in Stavvy. You can view them on the Canceled Documents tab in the Order and Canceled section of the Meeting.
- Go to the Order in Stavvy. If you're on the Meeting, click Go to file in the upper right corner next to the Actions button.
- Click the Documents tab.
- Select the Filter button --> Attached to --> Not attached
- Click the checkbox to select all the documents. Click the Attach to Meeting button.
- A confirmation window will open. Click Add to Meeting to finish adding the documents to the meeting.
After the meeting has been completed
Situation: Errors were identified in the Lender's documents, and the meeting was ended. Documents need to be redrawn, and a new closing meeting needs to be scheduled.
Next Steps:
- If not already, notify the Lender that new documents are needed and why.
- When the Lender sends new documents to Stavvy, you will receive an email that new documents have been uploaded to the File.
- Go to the Order in Stavvy.
- Click Meetings and select the completed meeting.
- Click Actions in the upper-right and then Add Meeting to create the new meeting.
- Go back to the Order in Stavvy.
- Click the Documents tab.
- Select the Filter button --> Attached to --> Not attached
- Click the checkbox to select all the documents. Click the Attach to Meeting button.
- A confirmation window will open. Click Add to Meeting to finish adding the documents to the meeting.
