What happens when documents are redrawn in Encompass?

Question:

I have already sent a closing package to Stavvy via Encompass, documents have been redrawn and I need to replace the original documents. What happens when I do that?

Answer:

To redraw your closing package, go through the exact same steps as you did for generating the initial closing package (RegZ CD > eClose button).

• Once you get to the last step, Step 4, and click Send to Partner, a Void Package modal will display. This indicates that a package has previously been sent.
  • Click Send to finalize this action. Upon clicking Send, Stavvy will ‘void’ all of the documents in that previous package and upload the documents that were just sent in the redrawn package.
    • Additionally, a new entry will be made in Disclosure Tracking.
      • This process can be done as many times as desired.

Note: This process is a native Encompass feature; Stavvy’s integration does not modify this process in any way.

Pro Tip: The best way to locate redrawn documents in Stavvy will be looking at the Created at date and time.
