How to Check for Updates on Orders

Review below to see where to check in Encompass and Stavvy for Order updates!

Encompass eFolder & File Manager 

• Documents uploaded to the order via Encompass and/or Stavvy can be found in the eFolder of Encompass 
  • Documents that do not have a specific placeholder will go to File Manager
  • Documents uploaded to Stavvy with the same name, will show under the Documents tab with the most recent version reflected. 
    • Versioned documents and Canceled documents will still show in the Encompass eFolder.
    • Versioning or canceling does not delete the docs from Encompass- they will still show.

Order Sent 

This paper and clock icon indicates that an order has been sent

Stavvy Order Status'

In Stavvy, your Order will have one of four Status':

Pending: Title has not accepted the Order yet

In Progress: Title is working on the order 

Completed: Title has completed the order and all docs are ready! 

Rejected: The Order has been rejected or canceled
