Question
I have two (or more) signers and they are unable to sign at the same time, in the same meeting. How do I accommodate that in Stavvy?
Answer
A meeting can be created for each signer individually in Stavvy.
Instructions
1. From the Orders page, click the Meetings tab
- Click the + Add meeting button or click the Create button and select Meeting
Note: The meeting must be created from the Orders page for the Order documents to be imported to the meeting.
2. Select your meeting type
- If you add your meeting via the Create button RON is selected by default
3. Confirm meeting details are correct
- Select if this will be a: Purchase, Refinance, Equity or Modification
4. Select documents to be added to the meeting
5. Select a Notary or Notary Signing Service
6. Confirm attendees
- Be sure to include everyone on the file-even those who will join a different meeting.
7. Click Create and send invites.
Note: Advise the signer(s) that need separate meetings that they should be on the lookout for a second email which will be their actual meeting, not the first email.
8. You are brought to the Meeting Details
- Click More actions and then select Add Meeting
9. Select the Meeting Date, Start Time, and Timezone
- Uncheck the signer(s) that should not be included in this meeting
- Click Create Meeting
