How to send Settlement Agent Docs on Orders

Review the steps below to create an eSign packet from your order for Settlement Agent Documents! 

• Click the eSign Packets tab on the Files page
  • Click + Add eSign Packet 

• Name the packet
  • Click Next  

• Check off the documents to be included in the eSign packet 
  • Click Next when done

• Enter the Settlement Agent's name and email address 
  • Do not add the signers to this packet  
  • Click Next

• Annotate the document(s)
  • Click Review packet details when ready
    • If needed click Save and exit to come back to the packet later
• Review the packet details
• Click Save & Send now
