Color Palette Changes to Stavvy UI
What changed?: We’ve updated the color palette of the left navigation panel and the background colors throughout the product to align with Stavvy’s new branding. If your organization uses a white or light-colored logo in Stavvy you may want to update it to use a darker version or version with a solid background to better blend with the new palette. Reach out to your Customer Success Manager if you want help adjusting your logo.
Area of the Product: Everywhere!
Impacted Users: All Users
Signature Border Updates
What changed?: Our signature borders have been updated to display a “Signed with Stavvy” image and we’ve corrected an issue where signatures, particularly hand-drawn ones would not maintain their aspect ratios and appear squished on certified versions of documents. Signatures will now maintain their size and aspect ratio on certified documents.
Our signature border also previously contained an ID.
Area of the Product: Certified Documents
Impacted Users: Notaries, Signers
eNote Watermarks
What changed?: We now apply watermarks to all signed copies of eNotes stored in Stavvy to identify that our copy is not the authoritative copy of the eNote.
Area of the Product: Certified eNote Documents
Impacted Users: eNote Signers, Originators
Vendor Search API
What changed?: We updated our Vendor Search API so that contactEmail and contactPhone are no longer required fields.
Area of the Product: Public API
Impacted Users: Vendor Search API Users
Bug Fixes
Whoops - our bad! Here’s the latest list of bugs we’ve squashed.
Signing Windows Email Document Discrepancy
What was fixed?: We corrected an issue where signing window emails and the signing portal would display an inaccurate count of the number of documents needed to be signed by a signer.
Area of the Product: Signing Windows, Signer Portal
Impacted Users: Signers
Multiple Email Invites for eSign Packets
What was fixed?: Some users reported multiple email invites being sent to signers when creating eSign packets. We identified and corrected the workflows where this could occur. Signers will receive one invite each unless a packet created opts to send them an additional invite email.
Area of the Product: eSign Packets
Impacted Users: Signers
Notary User Setting Not Saving
What was fixed?: Users reporting needing to set new notary users as a notary several times before the change would save. Making a user a notary will now work on the first try.
Area of the Product: User Settings
Impacted Users: Admin Users
Notary Signing Service Meeting Recording Access
What was fixed?: Notaries hosting meetings via our notary signing service did not have access to download meeting recordings from meetings that they or their or organizations hosted. Notaries have access to recordings if they are a Notary Signing Service organization admin or the host of a given meeting.
Area of the Product: Meeting Recordings
Impacted Users: Notary Signing Service Notaries and Admins
