Removed Canceled Documents from Meeting Ended Emails
What changed?: We resolved an issue with the RON Meeting Complete emails where canceled documents were included in the total document count, causing confusion for users. Now, canceled documents will be excluded from the document total in these emails.

Meeting Drawer Flow when Adding Meeting Instances
What changed?: We’ve improved our Add Meeting Instance process as part of our ongoing improvements to redesign and improve the meetings page. The new workflow to add a new meeting instance aims to enhance the user experience by:

Clearly indicating when a new meeting instance is being added

Making it easier to see the information needed to create the instance without scrolling in a modal

Implementing other UI design updates for consistency with the redesigned meetings page

Checkbox and Text Box annotation are now optional by default
What changed?: We found that a majority of users were making checkbox and text box annotation fields optional. We’ve changed the behavior to default all checkboxes and text boxes added using the annotation editor to optional.
To make an annotation required you can click into the settings menu and toggle on, Required field
This does not impact any annotations on documents from Encompass or Docutech integrations.

🐛Bug Fixes
Whoops - our bad! Here’s the latest list of bugs we’ve squashed.
Annotating, "Ready to Sign" Documents without Annotations
What was fixed?: We resolved an issue that prevented users from manually adding annotations to documents marked as Ready to sign. Users can now choose the View and annotate option in this scenario.

Encompass Error Messages Stays Visible Until Closed by User
What was fixed?: We’ve removed the time limit for error messages in the Encompass iFrame. Previously, error messages would disappear after a few seconds. Now, the message will remain visible until the user closes the toast notification, providing more time to address the issue.

Zoom Issues When Annotating Documents
What was fixed?: We fixed an issue with the zoom feature in our annotation editor that was causing the screen to jump to different document pages when zooming in or out.
